Description

EVA hot melt adhesive use precautions

1.Please keep the working temperature of the surroundings and thematerials above 15"c.
2.Please keep the glue applying area clean from the dust,oil,and etc
3.Please control the water contentofthe applying board between 8% to12%
4.Please check and make adjustment for the thernometer often to eliminate temperatur inaccuracy
5.Please check the surface ofthe roller often and keep in clean to make sure appiying the glue on the wood evenly.
6.Please make sure the pressures ofthe pressing rollers are enough and symmetrical.
7.Please control the temperature between 30 °c and 40°c when the machine is not working to prevent the glue from burning or the quality going down.
